Cadro is delighted to announce the closing of its latest investment round, led by Literacy Capital, a listed investment trust headquartered in London.

The investment gives Literacy Capital a minority stake in the company, and marks an important milestone in Cadro’s mission to transform the wealth and investment management industry.

Cadro is co-founded by private office and private equity leaders Nataša Williams and Jordan Buck.

By combining the experience of its outstanding team with innovative new technology, Cadro empowers clients to become confident and engaged investors. Clients benefit from personal advice, directly and through the convenience of the Cadro app, making the process of investing enjoyable and rewarding.

Literacy Capital’s investment will support and accelerate the growth of the business, and recognises that many wealth and investment managers are highly traditional and are not keeping pace with the needs of modern high-net-worth individuals and institutions. The Cadro team has a proven track record of managing these types of clients and their investments, and a strong awareness of the evolving opportunities in the industry.

The transaction completes, once written consent is received from the Financial Conduct Authority.
